These industrial, retail and office projects are primarily located in Metro Vancouver.  Established in Vancouver in 1998, Madison Pacific owns and manages over 1.8 million square feet of real estate assets.

Taylor Ryan are pleased to be partnering with Madison Pacific Properties in their search for a talented Development Professional to join their Vancouver team.

In this fast-paced role, you can expect to be involved in a wide range of activities to support the Vice President of Development. These will include but not be limited to duties such as; Assisting in managing numerous projects in various stages of development and construction; supporting communication with municipalities, property managers, brokers, tenants and partners; assisting in the design and approvals process, including rezoning, development permits, OCP amendments, and all related government and outside agency approvals; liaising with and coordinating external consultants (legal, architect, landscape architect, survey, civil, geotechnical, etc.) while providing timely feedback; monitoring and tracking project progress and status with hands on management of general contractors and trades, and assisting the acquisition team in assessing the potential of new properties including acquisition investment analysis, market analysis, proformas and due diligence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience within the real estate industry with at least 2+ years in a development/project coordination role. You will be passionate about business, skilled at building and managing relationships as well as having excellent customer service skills.  You should be confident, capable of managing multiple priorities and be highly organized with keen attention to detail.  Strong Word and Excel is essential and experience with AutoCAD or Project is an asset.
