A leading Vancouver based, private real estate owner, developer and manager with an impressive portfolio of assets are currently hiring a Specialty Leasing Coordinator to join the team based at their flagship retail property.
Reporting to the Retail Manager, the Specialty Leasing Coordinator will be tasked with strategizing, developing and executing a plan to maximise speciality revenue for the property. In this dynamic role, the portfolio will include all Mobile Retail Units (MRU), Kiosk and Temporary Space, 3rd Party Brand Activations and Static Advertising Sales, Event Sponsorships, Filming as well as handling Non-Profit Organizations.
In this collaborate environment, you will participate in annual budget, forecasting, monthly reporting and variance explanations. You will manage rent collection, sales and invoicing as well all related administration. You will also be tasked with making sales calls and developing relationships to promote temporary space options.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Specialty Leasing role or 1-2 years in sales and leasing. Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential. A strong proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Suites as well as social media is required. (Some evening and weekend work is required on occasion)
