Skilled Trades
Contract services are for placements that are three months or longer in duration with a defined end date. This solution is intended for project-based needs and allows Taylor Ryan to provide contract employees with no commitment to retain them long-term.
Contract to Permanent services support short and long-term hiring needs that our contract employee could potentially fill. With contract to permanent, the client may hire the contract employee at no additional fee after the defined contract period.
Permanent Placements occur when a candidate is brought on permanently immediately or a contractor is bought out of their defined contract period. Searches are conducted through an exclusive partnership where clients and fees are charged predominantly at the end of the recruitment process. This approach uses ‘proactive’ headhunting and targeted advertising in addition to utilizing our extensive database.
