Taylor | Ryan is a boutique consulting firm focused on providing retained search, contingency recruitment and human resource management solutions to our clients within specialist industry sectors across Canada and the Pacific North West.

Our Service Areas


Executive Search services include detailed, proactive recruitment strategies designed to source and attract talent at a senior level or in highly skilled/challenging positions, including remote locations. Executive searches are led by a Partner or Principal in conjunction with a Research Specialist and are conducted on an exclusive, retained fee basis. This approach utilizes proactive headhunting and in-depth research across multiple markets.


Contingency Recruitment is most suited to less senior positions. Searches are conducted through an exclusive partnership with clients and fees are charged predominantly at the end of the recruitment process. A Principal or Senior Recruitment Specialist leads this process. This approach uses proactive headhunting and targeted advertising in addition to utilizing our well-managed database.


Human Resources Consulting is a service designed to provide small and medium size companies advice and guidance on people related issues. From employee disputes and terminations to developing employee hand books, policies and processes. This practice area is led by a Partner and can be managed on a project or retained basis.
