Julie is a Founding Partner with Taylor Ryan and leads the Real Estate Practice working with Real Estate Developers across the Pacific North West. Julie is also responsible for leading a team of Principal’s providing recruitment services to various industry sectors for CFO and Accounting verticals, as well as providing Human Resource Management services to small/medium size clients. As a key figure within Taylor Ryan’s Real Estate Practice, Julie also sits on the Executive Committee at ULI BC.

Julie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management; a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Executive Management training through UBC’s Sauder School of Business, as well as professional designations with the CPHR (HRMA) in Canada and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK. With 15 years of professional experience Julie brings a breadth of knowledge across all areas of HR and Recruitment.

Prior to founding Taylor Ryan, Julie worked with a variety of small and large businesses across a variety of industries in both Canada and the UK. These ranged from billion-dollar construction company Balfour Beatty to more recently Private Equity Real Estate businesses
