Contingent or permanent placement, is the most common type of recruitment service within the construction and real estate industries. It means you only pay a fee if you hire a candidate that we have introduced. But our placement services are different from other contingent firms out there. 

With our retained search pedigree, many clients choose to engage us on an exclusive basis when hiring contingent middle management levels. This isn’t a requirement, but it’s an option if you have a tough-to-fill role that is junior to middle level where you really want that added expertise. If you prefer a lower commitment, this is a great solution.

Intake meeting

The intake meeting ensures that we thoroughly understand your business operations and culture. We review or help you craft the job description. We discuss the role and candidate background, providing feedback as needed, as we begin to form a recruitment plan.

Recruitment Strategy

We strategically post the position through online channels, utilizing a shared internal approach. You benefit from access to our extensive database, industry associations, and networks to find the best candidates.

Assessment & Attraction

We source, assess, and present you with the best possible candidates in the market. Usually, these candidates are ‘off market’, meaning they are currently employed in your local market.

Client Interviews

We coordinate all interviews, exchanging feedback between you and each candidate, to ensure a smooth process.

Offer stage and post-care

Once you complete the interviews, we will guide you through the offer process, managing both candidate and client needs. Once a successful placement is made, you can expect to hear from us before and after the start date, to make sure things are going smoothly.
